What is time management ?
- How you schedule your time properly/effectively
- regulate it with useful activity and not wasting time on unnecessary thing
Why manage time ?
- Avoid stress
- Set up priorities
- Remain focus on the task
- Show the ability to make the right the decisison
How to use time effectively ?
- Make a to-do- list to ensure that you did not miss any important work
- Discipline yourself and force yourself to do the task on time
- Make a time schedule to make sure the time are well-used
- Set deadline to each work to avoid procrastination
How to manage time ?
- Identify the time available to study
- Make an assignment calendar
- Avoid procrastination
- Make a running list
- Avoid over-usage of electronic device or social media

THERE ARE A FEW METHOD YOU CAN USE TO MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL
Task 1 : Appendix 2 ( Fixed Comitment Calendar )
- To check for free time that you could use to study
- First, fill out the table with your class timetable, excercise, sleep, each meal time and self time.
- Next, check the balance of free time you have and calculate the hours you need to study.
- Fill the blank with study time, make sure the time is suitable for YOU.

Task 2 : Appendix 3 ( Job Task Analysis)
- This method is use to analyze priorities of one task and to avoid procrastination
- List out all your task and grade with number on the importance and frequency.

Task 3 : Appendix 4 ( Prioritized Task List )
- Also being used to sort our priorities in doing task.
- To make sure you did it ON TIME.
